Of Course!

Yes, I do not believe that any provider would do something this underhanded.

However, I do not believe that it is too much of an imaginary stretch that such play could take place as a dirty trick on an unsuspecting civilian person (especially among teenagers) while they are blindfolded and in a compromised position.
