I'm sure the "new toy syndrome" will wear off soon - I do this same thing when I meet a girl I really I like - I see her over and over and over.........

I for one, wish Ben Dover great success. The last few months have been less than desirable.

Let's give Ben Dover the time to let folks know what goes and doesn't go...

This is a hobby, and hobbying is for fun. So is this board.

Based on the posts I have seen from Ben Dover in the past, the moderation should be fun.

I do recommend though, that warnings before moderation is good.  I don't think the moderator should cause 'Premature Exacerbation' among us posters

And yes, I will be doing my moderating on the board and posting the "warnings" to the threads.
I will most likely 'modify' posts that I feel are out of line rather than removing them - I plan on keeping my finger off the "moderated status" button as much as possible, as long as we don't get over the top, or unless I'm told to do something about someone by those within TER that have the authority to do so.
(Remember this is the 'TwinCities' board - and membership has it's privilages, I will use situational ethics do make decisions between VIP and non-VIP members - We may all be created 'equal' - but that don't mean I will treat you all equal! paid or earned VIP's will get more "tolarance"!

This is intentional because the boards are a
free part of TER.

Also disputes between Home boarders and out of towners will be unequally weighted in favor of the Homie. - This isn't a trailer park, let's keep our dogs in our own yards!
