Hey fellas with the deposit scheme now being perpetrated amongst us. I'm wondering what your thoughts are, and if you've fallen victim to it. I've noticed its been increasing.  It's usually a ad with a gorgeous woman with no history promising everything a guy could want at a great price. Anyway if it's to good to be true its not.

It's just common sense, really. Check out the ones with reviews that are good.

That's it. End of story.

Twice I have done deposits and both times been burned.  2nd one was with someone who I have seen a few times and felt we had a working relationship, something always comes up... drama....

stay the course, if a deposit is required red flags all over

Someone tell me otherwise if they have had multiple positive experiences with it, Im all ears and give you props :)

You might as well flush the deposit down the toilet.

I've paid a deposit on quite a few occasions for quite a few different lady's. Haven't been burned yet, not saying it doesn't happen. But if you do your research and only pay deposits on well known ladies you'll be fine.

If they have a TER, p411 with lots of OKs, or Twitter with tons of followers. It's likely they're legit.

Also to note most of my deposits have been 100-500. Nothing major so, maybe that's why I've gotten lucky.

Where if the provider desires a deposit but the client doesn't wish to send it, the provider schedules the encounter but tells the potential client that if another client wants that timeslots it will not be held without the deposit.
.
This doesn't cover all cases of lost opportunity, but in some situations is preserves a client that might have declined. So it's a balance between potential loss and gain.

We female bored and sometimes even males are required to pay a deposit for things like, hair and nail appointments.

These are self care and upkeep

So why not a deposit to show you are serious.

But do be careful and do your research on the woken first.  I know alot of women are asking for a huge sum for deposits but I feel it should be a fair amount,  like 50$ for the time traveled incase some women fail to show up on their end.

Things happen on both ends

I had a good thing going with a local, but her punctuality was piss poor. I told her I would pay (full, not deposit) ahead of time if she could do a late morning appointment the next day. Never got the appointment or money back. Sucker

Most well reviewed and reportable ladies don’t ask for deposits. They expect us to provide references, jump through verification hoops, and more. That’s fine. So, then why ask for a deposit? Fast forward to a regular client. Why make someone you know or have seen before pay a deposit?
Deposits are usually asked for by the fly-by transaction ladies who are almost always inconsistent at best, and most of the time scammers.

....  I'd much rather pay a reasonable deposit for a known provider (or a possible pipe dream) than submit personal data.  Is losing $100 really than big of a deal as opposed to sending your employment info or a copy of your DL to someone??  No comparison as far as I'm concerned.

See it from our side.  I just had 7. Yes SEVEN in a row no shows.  Only 1- ONE actually called to cancel and that was 30 minutes after he was supposed to be here.  Not 1 single fella paid my cancelation fee so that just leaves me pissed with a lot of time to fester about it.

I'm not only out what was agreed on but I can't easily fill that time.  So I just wasted my time,  my energy,  my products and other people's times if I'm doing something with a friend or family member and I had to adjust our time together to accommodate the appointment.  I have a life beyond this,  we all do.  We don't sit around waiting with baited breath for ya'll to call.
Don't get me wrong,  you're a major priority for sure but not the only thing going on.  So please don't waste our time.  It only takes 1 minute to send a text or email that you can't make it- so lift that finger, boys! I know you'd hate it if we just no showed on you.
If you paid a deposit,  you might lose it but at least you'll be able to see that gal again.  Is losing a $25 or $50 deposit worth not being put on a blacklist and pissing of your favorite side gal? I'd think so.

The most important thing about this industry that people don't tend to use is their brains. Guys, don't just send a deposit willy nilly.  If the gal is pressuring you to send it then asks for more before you get to see her and she's not local- run!
And stay away from those snapchat chick's for goodness sake.  Ya'll think clearly enough when you think you're getting ripped off after,  think that way before.
When in doubt- text me,  I'll help you decipher who's real or not.  Lol 612-434-5556 text only though and send photos of the gal and the ad. Xo xoxo Betty

I have always, and always will, take issue with the viewpoint you espouse.

Hair?  Nails?

As soon as you are willing to give me a discount for something I already do, say for shaving cream or razor blades or deodorant, much like you would be doing with your hair or nails regardless of your line of work, then you can talk about “upkeep” or “self care”.

I have bathed, shaved, and used deodorant every day this week so far.  I even brush my teeth on a regular basis.

Do I deserve a deposit?

Its never a bad thing to ask the provider for her own provider refernece if you do not feel she is well established

females and sometimes even males are required to pay a deposit for things like, hair and nail appointments.
This is sometimes our main source of income for survival.
So why not a deposit to show you are serious.

But do be careful and do your research on the women first.  I know alot of women are asking for a huge sum for deposits but I feel it should be a fair amount,  $50 (if u have a regular incall in town) or a certain small percentage given each their own circumstance , some providers have to book flights and hotels ahead of time  also so those need to be considered

Hi sweetrain I agree on deposits for airline tickets etc. And those are LEGIT business and you have recourse if you have a beef, or are ripped off. Not so in the hobby you have no recourse and you'll never see the money. Plus there are more nefarious people you have in this business than any other. So in my opinion you have way more than a 50% chance of getting ripped off. Even the the websites warn you of that. Anyway hope to meet you someday.

Tonite I contacted 5 girls on alligator I know not the best website full of fake pics and scams. Anyway 5 ads all of them wanting deposits. A year ago i never heard of deposits, now this scam is everywhere, unfortunately my fellow hobbyist are dumb enough to fall for it so they keep asking. Where are some of your guys brains at, I guess I know. Anyway guess I'll just stick to my reliables who don't put up with this nonsense.

Mostly fake ads/scams on that site and only a handful are legit working ladies.  Focus on FS with the highly reviewed hot MNErotica girls!

Although i don’t ask for deposits for regular appointments, I have nothing against those that do. But please be careful. A few weeks ago one of my accounts got hacked where they went in and changed my contact info and rates.  Luckily I realized it quickly and had it shut down within a few hours but out of curiosity I contacted the number asking for an overnight. They pushed hard for a deposit, asked for no verification info and when I asked for a photo to double check, the pic they sent was clearly not of me. Even when I called them out on the photo they kept aggressively insisting on a deposit and that we could video chat after it was received, all the while agreeing to every made-up and ridiculous (and sometimes revolting because yes, I had some fun with it) demand I asked for.  My point being if you are asked for a deposit, you may want to take the time to confirm it’s going to the right person.

And that is an offer that can't be refused.

It used to be routine to talk about new ads and providers here on the board before someone would step up and TOFT.  Don't see why that shouldn't still be the case.

I have never paid a deposit nor would I schedule with a lady asking for one.  Curious how the deposit is paid?  Leaving an electronic trail with $$$ is insane. 1

I reached out to few girls with visiting MN ads on Tryst and two of them wanted deposits before the session. I said I'll pay more than quoted price for the session when we meet. They were still adamant that I pay deposit upfront. It doesn't make sense paying blindly $50 $100 to someone you don't even know exist. Most these girls don't even have reviews.

Makes me wonder if someone has figured out a way to scam people. If they get even 10 people to pay a $50 deposit, then they clear $500 easily per day. Then move to another city to scam other folks. I noticed lot of these touring ads on Tyrst. Watch out guys.

Btw... I have paid deposit for girls that are well reviewed and that has worked out fine. Just beware of new ads with no reviews and most likely fake pictures.

Not sure if it like this now but it was really bad a few years back but if you go to the site locally and see alot of unknown "modelesque" ladies you'll notice on the right hand side of the page there is a cities I may travel to part. The lady lists like 20 cities, including Minneapolis so her ad automatically shows up on the Minneapolis page. Is she actually here - no. Will she ever actually come here - probably not. But that will not stop guys from reaching out.

They meant for when we go to hair or nail appointments, we have to put down a deposit. Not that y'all have to pay directly for our upkeep.
