I have seen reviews of providers by women.

What you need is a hobbyist prepared to sit quietly in the room and take dictation. You can provide a running commentary of your thoughts and sensations for him. Then he goes home, transcribes his notes, and posts it as a review under his own handle with a full explanation. I bet TER would let it stand.  

TER reacts badly to reviews coming from the same IP address as used by a provider. In one instance, the SO of a provider is prohibited from reviewing not only his honey, but any provider, because he uses the same IP address. I have heard in the past of TER banning a provider because a review was posted for her from her IP address. So I would not just jump in and post a review without checking first. Nobody wants you banned.

what if you are using something like Cyber Ghost that makes a different IP address show...

I know.  I've been kicked off the PO board for over a month because of something concerning an IP address, but I still don't understand it or who on earth it was that used my IP address...

why don't you just post here, and tell us all about it, as if it were a review!?

If a provider did a "DIY" with themselves, could they write a review on themselves?

Lots of providers have been banned for submitting a review for themselves or having a client submit one for them right after the session from the provider's computer.  It sends up a big red flag.
