Providers - which would you consider first with  all other things being equal
1) A  TER   Date request from a client with five Whitelists  
2)  A  P- 411 Date request via P411'from client with 5 OK

Pretty equal in my eyes. Both are quick and easy to verify, 411 could be THAT much faster thanks to their appt requests. But if a gent emailed me - not through 411 or TER - the verification time would be the same for both and the recommendations by other ladies seen as equal (although if they're old 2+yrs the game changes).
