She's thinking of staying near the MOA. Is that a safe place for her? What is considered to be a relatively safe place?

I have heard MOA can be a little risky because so many ladies from out of town stay in that area and LE knows it.

That's true...

...being near a mall is dangerous territory for me...I love to shop till I drop.

I appreciate ya alls concern; but, I had long conversation with Ms Tiger prior to booking a hotel and I think I am stratically located in a very convenient location for all concerned.

I arrive today and I am sooooooo looking forward to my first trip to Minneapolis.
