Got a wrong number call on my cell today. Googled the number and it was a bail bond place. 5 minutes later I get a collect call from Sherbourne County Jail. I hung up. Almost right after that I get a call froma 651 area code number but don't answer it. A google search finds only an ad for a Honda Prelude in Craigs List.  Is anybody else getting these kinds of calls? Maybe a provider is giving out numbers?

I got a prepaid once and got 17 calls in a day before I had even made a call from it.  I requested a whole new phone with the minutes I had put on it and the retailer gave it to me once they checked the minutes I had on the phone when I purchased it.
