1. Studies have shown that just 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon per day can lower LDL cholesterol.

9. Researchers at Kansas State University found that cinnamon fights the E. coli bacteria in unpasteurized juices.

First off, thanks to all you ladies who have taken the time to brighten up our days!!  Very well done and much appreciated.

I find it interesting, though, that while the postings have had hundreds of "views", there are very few "likes" for them.  Maybe I'm the odd one here, but I thought the "like" button is a nice way to compliment/thank the ladies without replying in words. But then again it may not be a big deal one way or the other to the guys and ladies who post here.  Just my two cents worth.

another mystery is the number of providers posting, compared to the number of providers that complained when the board eliminated the local photo board. I'm sure there are more than 8 or 9 providers out there! Thanks to the ones that did post, simply awesome Minnesota ladies!!!
