In addion to TER, Google and Tineye, here is a tool that has been cheap and very insightful.  spokeo.com, buy a subscription, its amazing what you can learn before you go in.

I have poked around with this tool in the past and noticed two thing.

The data is very dated, if you are dealing with someone that has had a lot of changes in their life (moving is a big on) the information that the tool will get you will be very dated. Just for giggles I looked myself up not too long ago and my address and info that came up was of places I have not lived at for close to 7 years. Which brings me to my other point, it is extremely easy to have your information removed from the system. So my recommendation to you is look to see if you show up on their searches (regardless of accuracy or not) and have your info removed.

You can request your listing to be removed by providing the listing link and your email. They should remove it within 72hours and send you a confirmation.

As with anything, it has its flaws.  I am a huge fan of research before you go in - the info i recently gleaned prevented me from walking into a scam.    The more info you have, the better off you are.  For me, i ll keep the access to even flawed data - i others choose to go fast and with minimal data, thats up to them.  If nothing else its worth getting your data off there.
