No references

So I want to see this girl possibly, but I don't have any references and she would like some.

I don't make it a big habit of seeing  a provider aside from special occasions or when i'm really in need and don't have a regular girl i can call (partly because of cost but also because I just am not interested in doing it all the time) so I for obvious reasons don't have other references. Is there another way I can convince her that I am not a police officer or a psycho?

I did ask if there was any other way I could prove that I was on the level and not a cop or a psycho though (since my reason for not having any references is a pretty logical/rationale one).

You will have to give up something of your real self to make a reputable provider feel comfortable with meeting you.  Before you give that information up......check the provider's reviews to make sure that she is for real as a provider.

Of course you can find providers who care less about screening.  They're on CL.  For reputable providers.......remember that she needs a level of comfort with you before meeting you.  Already this week, I've had 4 "gentlemen" who wanted to meet with me but gave wrong phone numbers, were not registered at the hotel....etc., etc..  I suspect that they were LE, and the meeting(s) weren't going to happen!  

Also remember....WE (providers) have as much to lose as you.

If you work out of an office, you could let her call there and ask for you.

I know most girls like 2 so that might not cut it but it's worth a shot, I suppose.  

Find a experienced provider would be the best way.

She is a real provider and all that, so I suppose i trust her, but I don't really know what else to offer (and obviously i wouldnt feel safe offering "anything" about myself mind you).

I'm crabby, so no BS tolerance today.  LOL.

As far as my directing my energy someplace positive, you would first have to know how I have spent most of my time today.  I know what positive things I have done today.  Have you done anything positive besides defend yourself today?

Just as an FYI I did ask her again and she said she couldn't see me without references from two other providers and it was the only way, otherwise i could not see her.
