Just from a neutral viewpoint, you seem to have crossed over into a threatening demeanor.  That's a bad look.  There are ways to present payment disputes without sounding like a serial killer.

Looking at this objectively, I would not do this because as Lester said above, it's a "bad look". I am sorry that this happened to you but the retaliatory behavior you are describing and the actions you are considering are disconcerting. In addition, although not many providers interact here, many do read the board and you may have just "shot yourself in the foot" with this post.  

It was a bad look, and a drunk one at whatever time that was. Not really worried about that. I texted her later that day that it was fine. Waited 2 days and sent 1 more, she apologized and said would make it up to me. I said weekend would be great. 2 days later asked about saturday and got nothing. Asked if she would send fee back and god immediate no. Multiple last night, this morning 10:30 she was getting ready to come. 12:15 I asked for any  
refund, I am done. She said she was just going to leave, and she tried. Get fucked.

She's deliberately not responding.  So, what exactly do you think is going to happen if you find a way to make an appointment without her realizing its you?  Do you think she's just going apologize and make everything right with you?  I highly doubt it.  She will react badly and depending upon how everything were to play out, it's the sort of thing that could end up with the police being called.

I already took your advice and cut my losses. She still wouldn't admit to it, but wasn't going to waste hours over 140..

How about linking her ad so people know who you are talking about?

Your details agree with your posts but you gave her a performance score of 8.  That doesn't make sense.

I think he was giving a overall performance score based on the other 4 times he saw her. Of course ripping me off would make that score a zero until she returned the money or gave me the requested services. But thats just me..

I agree with everyone that getting  your $140 back is not worth the hassle when the downside is so great.  Out of curiosity, why did you pay her in advance?  For me it is usually a cash transaction at the moment of the event.    

And from the guys perspective all he wants to do is start by grabbing a little snatch and moving onward from there.
In most all cases issue arise from lack of honesty and respect on both sides.
Have had issues that have been my fault ( actually one with Jeannie) and some where was providers and all have ended up in a  positive outcome.

A few years back, I had a great experience several times with a lovely young babe.  More than once, I fronted her the entire fee so she could pay for the room.  Never a problem.  It just depends.  Maybe it’s because she was a semi-pro college girl, but it worked out beautifully.
