I find it very hard to answer phone calls in discreet places very often so email is the quickest and most effective way to book for me.

I'm sure there are plenty of ladies who would be happy to book with you via email only.

Most ladies have smart phones so they're almost MORE available via email instead of calling.  I hope that helps!
