Is there any place in The Cities where Female Condoms can be purchased without a prescription on short notice?

that could be a bit difficult as all of the places I know of, outside of a few college campuses in town, require a prescription. Oh wait! The "Red Door" in downtown may be able to help you. They do have barriers of all sorts and since they allow walk-ins, you could just walk in indicating that you need internal condoms (aka female condoms).

If you're in Canada or Europe (at least some parts) no prescription is required.

They'll probably outlaw them in Texas, and have your neighbors squeal on you if they find out.
