I know the bottom picture is fake for sure. She came to KC well that bottom picture did and I see it alot in different cities. Her name is Raven Riley, a porn star. I found it by using tineye.com, it's a reverse photo search engine, it comes in handy with ads on backpage. The other pictures didn't have any hits though, but tineye doesn't have every image on internet on the database, so it doesn't necessarily mean it's a real photo. Hope this helps.
