Yeah, it happens to me as well. It began about two years ago, I am just chalking it up to getting older. Sometimes I go my standard 30-40 minutes other times I cant pop after multiple times on an overnight. Sometimes its me and other times I think its a combination of me and the provider I am with. By that I mean we just don't seem to click, not a critique of her performance, looks or effort. The first thing I tried was taking ED drugs, experimented with Viagra and Levitra. That didn't really impact the problem since getting it up was never an issue, just completing. I tried to make a point of not ejaculating for extended periods (1 or 2 weeks) before seeing a provider and that did not seem to impact the issue either.

If it is a serious concern, I would suggest you make an appointment with a urologist. It could be a small symptom of something bigger going on or it just may be your drive is slowing down as you are getting older. Assuming you are older. If you are still a young buck, then definitely go to a urologist and have things checked out.

A sensitive question indeed. Often times during the first part of the session , it seems like I am enjoying it and really ready to explode and the gent will tell me to back off a little or he is going to do the same, I have then had it happen with him as you describe. I try to reassure, breathlessly haha, that be free ,let it go and feel the nice full sensation of letting it go. I tell them I am more then willing to try for second cup after a light massage, something to drink and hey if it can't be achieved round two, it if still very pleasurable with no pressure, I mean we are the ladies that are here to understand and make you feel comfortable and relaxed and I agree with vallen also, its the whole package and you should be leaving feeling satisfied and happy with how there was mutual pleasure and uplifted relax and have fun with no self imposed limitations to worry about. xxxooJ.

This is not a unique concern at all.  It happens.  I think it is fun as hell to see several ladies.  I know I would if I were... oh wait, I do.

Getting to really know one or two good ones, however, will allow you both to get to know your needs and quirks better.  There may be a few sessions of experiments, but finding the right providers for YOUR taste, I think, is half the battle...
