Randy, that is, for a 3rd round pick to New England, as reported by the AP.

Is this something to be happy about? I'm decidedly undecided. But I think I just lost my erection. Seems like a desperate, and futile move.

When I first heard rumblings of this, I immediately started thinking Herschel Walker.

Thing is, the guy is 33, that's the twighlight of a career for an NFL reiever. Thus far in 4 games this year, he's done almost nothing. And Minnesotans know better than anyone what a pain in the ass he can be - he could hurt you as much as he can help you. Contract is up this year, and he's not likely to stick around. Favre will likely be gone too, and we're back to rebuilding - minus a 3rd round pick.

Hard to get excited, Rice's return this year is up in the air, and when/if he does, how effective will he be coming off surgery and not having been on the field since last year? Harvin can't be found with a searchlight this year, migranes keeping out of practice etc. And Favre has been reminding us that he's not only the TD king, he also holds the INT crown as well.

So how will Moss impact this dismal looking offense? That's the question. I'm not saying I hate the idea, just doubting how effective it will be.

How can you not be happy about this? It gives Favre the deep threat the Vikes need and when Rice gets healthy - wow! Moss, Rice, Harvin, AP, Shincoe, and Favre!!!!!!! Pick your poison!

Just when I was thinking that after four years of living in Minnesota I should consider becoming a Viking fan.... now I think I might wait another week or two.  I remember the old joke when Moss and Favre were adversaries.... Something about Favre having trouble with "Too much Moss in the endzone" at Lambeau Field.  Oh well!  Now he'll be looking for it!

....and have never publicly stated my loyalties.  I'll never tell on a board!!!!

Anyone who knows has been sworn to secrecy...and if you don't remember that clause, I hereby remind you of it!

Bain on anyone revealing where my football heart lives (beneath my bountiful breasts, of course........ oops, did I need to remind you of that?)

Come to think of it.... in the past few years I have worn a few jerseys.... another turn-on, perhaps???  Bring me one and see what I can do with it.... I'm happy to show you what it looks like on me!

Looks to me like he has reverted to his bitching and moaning ways and he was not producing much for the Patriots, a team that also has serious Super Bowl hopes his year.  I'm sure he will have some moments but it looks like a stop gap move to try and hold the Viking's offense up until (if and) when the other receivers get healthy.
