Looking for a Dinner Date and then some play time.

Just contact the ones you'd be interested in doing this with and see how they handle such arrangements.  But they likely will expect to be compensated for all their time, not just the play time.

Just wondering if it is full price for the dinner or is the dinner time less.

It's usually slightly discounted, but do remember in either situation you are compensating her for her time. Making specific distinctions in activities between public and private time with a provider may lead to the phone being hung up. Tricky area.

... on the provider's web site.  There's no one set way this is handled so you need to find out how the provider you're interested in handles it, as vorlon said.

Best scenario would be doing this with someone  you've already met before. Probably puts both sides at ease.
