I love a good joke pulled on me, I'm still waiting for mine to happen. Ha!

I changed all the locks on my kids homes to 1 way locks opening from the outside...they had to crawl in and out their windows locks their doors.  

Someone attached a cardboard sign to a guys trunk bike rack.  It said honk at me in big letters and smaller print sa
 this is a April fools joke.  I would have followed him but he was driving to slow

When I was a punk freshman a couple of friends and I decided to fill all the shower heads on our wing with Kool-Aid, the powder.  When you turned on the water guess what came out?  Colored water right..., but Kool-Aid stains, so a bunch of guys on my floor were walking around the rest of the day with purple, green, red and orange faces and bodies.  No worries, the staining wears off after a couple of hot showers.  Luckily no one found out who did it.

... but when he got to the part about taking a job in Iran, I knew he was April Foolin' me.  

I had a client send me an email canceling an upcoming appointment, explaining that he had started having sex with his wife again. I admit it took me a few minutes to figure out he was just joking!
