Should I warn them when making appointment?  Many are shocked when I drop my pants, when they see that my dick  is longer than their arm and tell me I have to pay extra or leave.  Anyone else have this problem?

I think it is easy to associate big dicks around here.

But, I did meet a gent who's girth was as big around as my wrist....7 inches around to be exact.
Way, way, way too big.  I was packing Ice for a few days after that...literally, packing ice. Down there.

I knew it was 7 inches exactly because when I wrapped my hand around it, my fingertips barely touched.
This is the same as my wrist...my fingers barely touched.  So, I went home and measured my wrist.  7 inches.

Well  from the sound of it there wasn't  any room left in your pocket(s) for it  anyhow.  Obviously you don't  have one of those handy pop up thermometers saying I'm  done
