I knew it was 7 inches exactly because when I wrapped my hand around it, my fingertips barely touched. This is the same as my wrist...my fingers barely touched. So, I went home and measured my wrist. 7 inches.
A handful, a mouthful, and a you-know-what - ful. LOL
