I would agree on both counts. It might be appropriate to change "some" to "all" or "virtually all" but there is really no way to know.
I do think it is safe to say that no person should rely on a provider, or a hobbyist or anyone else to withhold their personal information from a third party.
So there have been more problems with LE lately. If a provider is busted, have they or their ads ever been used in police stings. Would providers cooperate to save their own butts? Just get a wierd vibe about a regular provider I've seen a few times.
Morris1969. I'm sure you are hoping to go off on a rant about a certain provider but I thought I should point out that anyone too stupid to spell "canary" might be best off keeping their opinions to themselves.

If a Provider gets busted she does not even get a ride downtown, they give her a fucking ticket (yes that is right it is a misdemeanor offense she does not have to "give anybody up to save her skin"
If she pleads guilty which BTW if she has the money she should get a lawyer and fight it, most police work in this arena is so shabby it rarely sticks otherwise she pays a fine, does community service and it drops off her record in a year
If a John gets busted same deal, (I should know been there done that is St Paul UGGG)
If it is in a hotel, that is considered a "public place" and it could be a gross misdemeanor - not so good. Up to $1,000 fine and jail time if they want to push it.
Just lucky you are not in AZ- bad news for providers there. Min 15 days in Tent city, even if first offense.
What about her gave you a weird vibe? Of course no one is 100% safe from the law and Of course people flip foolishly thinking that's gonna save them but remember LE is NOT YOUR FRIEND. Never will be. They are only doing their jobs the best way they can like any of us do. That is all. V.

With the experience that I've had in the industry...they have set up stings to bust ladies or gents. Locally, and in a few other cities I have knowledge about; they had never used someone busted as a decoy or part of the bust... instead they use undercover officers. I would imagine that this would be something they would utilize for a seriously repeat offender. I've seen girls who have had 3-4-5 busts up here in MN and they never asked them to be a part of their sting. .
the unlikely event you mention I believe happened in EC recently. Do a little digging in the court record system and find that two providers who were orig charged w/prostitution, miraculously had their initial charges reduced to disorderly conduct and a very small fine, months after the initial arrest. I'm not a lawyer, but I live next door to one.
