One post has an idea for creating another account to use with p411, eg gmail, then set up email forwarding from that account to your main account in hushmail, so you can keep that for use with clients.  I did that and it was pretty easy.

You shouldn't be using an email account where the email host is located in the United States.  Remember....you're participating in an illegal activity.  You should make it difficult for LE to get at any accounts or records.

But a good reminder to be careful about what's in those emails!

True, sending email isn't illegal.  But it's always better to err on the side of caution.
