I think when they quote that high, they just don't want to do it and know the guy will decline.

My first time with Stevie, she did bbbj as part of the session and no upcharge. Second time she asked $100 for upgrade. Now, I'm locked out of this group so haven't seen her for some time.

I had one upcharge me $2000 for full service,  the $300 fee she originally quoted was for just letting me in the hotel room I guess.  Said she could take a Visa with her phone app and I decided to call her bluff.  Turns out she was full of shit and was living off the $300 entry fee.  Shes still around, changes her name and advertises on Eros and comes here every Summer for the state fair.
