I will be visiting your fine city shortly and am looking to see a provider that can start things off with a good lap dance.  Any suggestions for such a prospect?  Maybe I'm in the minority, but I really like to have a dance to get the pump primed.  There should be a a category on the reviews if a provider does this as many of them don't feel comfortable giving a good lap dance.
