The surgeon went to examine his blonde patient after surgery.  "You'll be fine," he assured her.

"When will I be able to resume normal sexual activity?" she asked him.

The doctor paused for a moment, puzzled, which alarmed the blonde girl.

"Doctor, what's wrong?  I will be OK, won't I?"

"Yes, you'll be fine, it's just that no one has ever asked me that after having their tonsils removed."
