I've done both of those myself.  Another idea, if it interests the OP, would be to have a threesome.  With the right ladies, that another great experience to be had.

I can appreciate that you have a reason to ask for a special; I am considering an incentive like that now. This could be very helpful for the gentleman to expand outside of his usual price range, if the offer was right. Then, he could "treat" himself for sure! I share the sentiment of the other replies in regards to an extended date. Now that would be a HAPPY birthday!! Of course you may need to show the lady it is indeed your birthday, or the week of your birthday.

My birthday is in two weeks.  I'll be n Vegas, and have a 3 hour tryst set up with my two ATFs.  They say they'll introduce me to a few new toys... Happy Birthday to me!!!
