Questions about happenings or people at a static address can only safely be asked by PM or email, for obvious reasons.  This is a public forum and nobody knows who anybody is with certainty.  Establish yourself as a credible presence, by writing credible posts and reviews, and be prepared for skepticism as a necessary tool for keeping each other safe.
