It would be too funny of someone outfaked them by slipping in a fake negative review.

BTW, theres 4 new provider reviews on 02/17 and all the providers where using backpage adds (one with a pimp).  3 of the 4 were using fake photos.  I think thats a pretty accurate ratio of misleading bait and switch adds on backpage.

According to Coolcreations, those are the girls pictures.  Could they just be close or is it BS?

I'm not so sure his review is fake.  Nothing about the pics being accurate or not.  One statement sticks out that doesn't seem like it would come from someone trying to sell a fake.  It's too derogatory of the service itself.
