One of them is in St Louis Park and I walked out. They all use the same apartment and you are likely to run into other hobbiests coming and going. You don't know which girl they will have ready for you until you meet her. I walked away when I saw another guy come out as one was going in, in front of me.

I have not visited this one. I have seen recent discussion on the board regarding it. IMO... the wise hobbyist would steer clear of such a situtation and set-up. Too much risk.

Yes, I hated it when I go and see another person coming out or worse when I'm already in the apartment and see another guy coming out of the bedroom. I've told them this a few times, but don't think they give a shit, just wants fucking $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.  However if you start to see neighbor peeking out on arrival, I suggest leave ASAP, otherwise LE might be on their way.

Are these providers look somewhat close to the pictures in the ad? From Google search, they seems to be mostly fake.
