Let me guess, you got that email and it directed you to a web-site for age verification using a credit card.  Most of these ads without a phone number will end up with an attempt to scam you for a credit card "age verification".  However, if she gave you a phone number, it might be legit but then she is also just outcall only which is another red flag so I still would not expect the same girl in the photo.  If you really want to TOFTT, then you might want to suggest a meet & greet first, then judge whether she is worth the ante to find out if she delivers back at your place.
