I definitely agree that advertising in the escorts section of any site should mean FS is available at the quoted price.  I've had it happen more than once.  Strangest time was a few years ago this one girl was absolutely surprised when I responded to her upsell with that I had not brought any more cash.  She actually asked why not and really didn't get it when I explained it.  But then she went ahead and gave me FS anyway, asking me to let her know when I was about to come.  Inside I was wondering is she going to try and hop off at the last moment and finish me by hand.  Sure enough, that is exactly she did but I waited until the last moment to tell her and then it took her a second or two to get off and by then I was well into the climax.

But hey, what do I know?  I read a review the other day where the reviewer complained about her performance all through the review yet gave the girl an 8.

Does anyone besides me think that the reviewer was being too kind with his review and performance rating?  

In my book, if a provider advertizes under the Escort section of BP, and quotes a "total cost" rate, anything less than FS should be considered a rip-off, especially if its available with an upcharge and only offered after getting a client all horned up.

OMFG, performance rating of 6?  Come on guys, some of you need to raise the bar just a tad.  Bait and switch combined with upselling.  I wouldn't be surprised if he still hadn't received FS after the visit to the ATM!  In my book, absolutely a rip-off!
