This is an on going accusation lobbed by some here.  Ok , what i would like  to  know is, when  was the last time anyone on here took away  providers access to this board? Seems to me as of late its actually  been the opposite. You know what I mean, calling in the referees when can't honsestly stand to hear the truth or want to talk about it.  Every one here makes their  own  decisions to participate or not . Nobody is holding them hostage or you or I for that matter as some would like to believe.  

 If they have something to add thats not shrouded in smoke and mirrors, as one who participated in recent discussion , they have no problem and actually do willingly post without reservations . Thats the litmus  test for  some whether you agree with it or not andnot and thats not going to change face it .  

Hell one actually did the right thing , by claiming and answering  and not blaming others when question regarding   her profile were sounded.  Appears  problem solved .

Hardly call that driving away. But she heard his message and decided to continue. Hope works well for all on that.

  Now secondly,  in J K discussion  I  and a provider   offered advice to her  on the board and  through  pm . Not even an acknowledgement  ,thats her choice , but she took herself out of discussion freely not us.  Much different  reaction than my first point  right? I went pm as she stated liked OP reply.  Correct me if Im wrong but did  JK correct  or dispute that he never replied to email or pm I don't  care which format as thats not the issue,  after saying he never replied to hers?

Over the last few months, trashmen have brought this board to another depth of name calling, obnoxious refusals to never have anything other than the last word, and their tedious explanations of convoluted plots that never bear fruit in terms of arrests, black mail or outings. They do not care.
The people who do care are:
-three or so brothers (because they like to watch childish character assassination dramas)
-providers whose income you hurt.

Most of the rest of us (providers and hobbyists) are sick of them. They do not go away if they are rebutted or ignored.  They ignore the many Likes to their critics.  

Provider are afraid to delist some of the trashment but more than a few are telling reference checks that worst offenders are DNS not because they are bad clients but because they are so obnoxious here. So the jerks book appts under different handles.  

Thankful for the hobyy-tired. Sick of the game.

I think a  lot of the content is either sausage party related, or doesn't require a response from certain providers.  So we don't hear from the ladies until someone posts a worthwhile comment or question.  And if I'm wrong, well, being "driven off" the board isn't exclusive to providers.  Some of the men have recently become disgusted and let it be known that they were no longer going to participate.  I have thicker skin than that, there's a few people who give me shit all the time, and I'm not going anywhere.  There's still ladies worth talking to who post here somewhat frequently, and I'm happy to bounce ideas off them, or let them bounce ideas off me.

Yes, we are all accountable for our actions. Sometimes the accounting takes awhile, but it does happen eventually.  

Meanwhile, let's keep in mind it's the choice of each of us how we decide to participate here, to what degree, and with whom we choose to interact.  However, it's not an anything-goes forum. There are rules that each of us agrees to follow when we choose to participate here.  Those who have trouble following those rules might want to look elsewhere for a forum that allows them to express themselves as they wish.

Someone didn't get stuffed on Thanksgiving.

The repeated mantra of the WKs is wearing thin, but it bothers me not.  To that select group of the population, only the topics they choose or the thoughts they convey are correct and acceptable.  Anything to the contrary is obnoxious.  So rather than being a tolerant adult and ignore/move along, they complain to TER and beg to have threads removed, discussions closed, and contributors banned.  Such open mindedness, tolerance, and acceptance of diverse thoughts and opinions.  So...  anti-freedom.

Despite what you wrote, people on "the other side" actually DO care and are tired of sitting back and being marginalized.  That group is EVERY BIT as much of this community as you are.  EVERY BIT.  You are no better or worse.  Get over it.  Words in here will not harm you.  

The one good thing I will say about TER, and it is not often I give them credit (but they deserve it here), is that they don't always bow to the pressure of the herd mentality.  Just because your "majority" of providers and hobbyists sees something one way, TER does not always quash the minority.  Even they, at times, realize that the power and control you seek is far from free speech and the epitome of everything this board is NOT supposed to be.

If providers are giving bad references, as you wrote, because someone in here has a differing opinion, well, that goes to their moral integrity, doesn't it?  Lying about someone simply because of their beliefs and postings in here is exactly the sort of thing you seem to protest. I guess for you it's all about the target not the truth.  That is sad.  But that's OK.  They are only hurting their own income.  There are many providers who are glad to get the business.  Actually, I guess it helps the hobbyists.  Why give hard-earned money to someone who trashes you behind your back?

Finally, if you're that sick of the "game," feel free to leave any time.  You're not required to participate here.  And once again, in the mode of control and quash, because YOU are tired of this board, it's OK to close it??  Pretty selfish, isn't it?  I think even the WKs would agree this is childish thinking- if they were being honest.

I suppose the argument that TER embedded providers (which is a fraction of the overall hobby) simply don't want to get their hands dirty by posting their true opinions on any given topic over 365 days in a year.  Met enough providers in my life, discussed TER until we were blue in the face, and nothing will ever change.

It's not a business move for *most* intelligent business women to respond to important issues.  They keep it offline and kudos to them.  Cultivating mystique is more valuable.

The posting of the providers that are out and about on the discussion tend to be client hating (they detest when the slobbyist shows up but damn that pay check gives the lady boner), or they tend to be free advertising attempts, or they tend to be somewhere in that gray area where you reside Trin.

We with a clue get it.  We know there are troves of providers watching what we say.  Do a group of us care?  Nope.  Do the other group care?  Yep and they lick boots and take the proverbial strap on real deep.

It's the game.  Everyone needs to pull up the big boy pants and the big girl panties and understand the playing field and do YOU accordingly.  Just do YOU and you will do just fine ladies and gents.

Any provider that accepts the "assistance" of anyone else (male or female) for uplifting is just being pimped out in the end.  Trin you and I both know that.

However, this is where respect, and consideration come into account, and it is refreshing to see
folks willing to compromise on the most recent topics. Don't worry, this shall pass, and then wait for the next train wreck. And it shall happen, because we are after all, Human, and prone to make mistakes.  
There is always going to be disagreement on many subjects, or issues, however there is no need
for anyone to rescue anyone else. There is no need for anyone to hurdle insults, or attack someone for stating an opinion, or for asking a question. After all that is what this board exists for correct ?

you made some great further points too.  It's not difficult to understand that discussion encompasses all opinions out there.  The discussion board is where we hash it all out.  I think we are all better off when the voices can all be heard without what we have been seeing lately.  We'll see NBF if this shall pass and we can get on to the next topic or even the next phase in our collective hobby lives?
