Agree; that is a toxic attitude

This hobby is a voluntary transaction (or should be). As such, both buyer and seller are on the same level, morally and socially. If a buyer thinks they are better than a seller just because they are the one who pays, they need to pull their head out of their ass and look in a mirror.

Who keeps getting stood up by providers and fooled by a post op tranny.
You are very forgiving indeed.

Maybe you need some of that "protection" that you can get from your fellow hobbyists.

TER's primary function has always been as a place for guys to go to get better information about the escorts so they have a better chance of seeing the lady they want to see and can "protect" themselves from the not so good ones.  Before TER and similar sites, there was no way for the average hobbyist to get info about escorts except through personal experience.

That is not the same thing as viewing providers as expendable nor does it mean all or most of us are going around treating them as less than human.

Since I started participating here, this board at least has become a lot more provider friendly; time was when seeing a provider post here was uncommon and rare for it to be anything other than an ad.  I think that's a good thing although there are some who think it has gone too far.

I don't quite understand how 'treating providers as expendable' has anything to do with keeping the hobby illegal or dangerous. Are you saying if the girls were put on a pedestal that congress would legalize prostitution?

I suppose if they did nationaly legalize it.
Walmart would find a way to corner the market somehow .

I don't get what that post is really saying either.

this site is for and about men and the hobby, it always has been and always will be.  However, that doesn't mean providers should be treated as second class citizens here or anywhere else.  When it comes down to basics, we are all made of flesh and blood and we all come here for the same thing--to commune with like-minded men and women.
