Some clubs have cameras in the private areas for security purposes, once those are in place, the managers need to put the kibosh on any such extras lest a member of law enforcement runs a sting. That would get the business shut down pretty quickly.

the options vary more with the size of the club. Large show clubs--you pay for the show. Management has too much to lose by letting the ladies freelance. Occasionally, you can get take out but it will cost you.
Smaller workingman's clubs, esp slow clubs in rural areas or in towns with many clubs and the options can range upward in the VIP although you will still not get below market rates.
