just having fun, taking some new photos! but,,,,,cant find a way to upload them for you to see!

any suggestions from our computer savy gents  or ladies out there?!?

ive only used ads as an attachment.......

I think you need to upload the images to a photo hosting site, then post the link here and it will appear in the post.

Typically for my clients that want to post pics on the web, I optimize their pictures for size in photoshop (jpg format only) and resize them so the largest side of the picture doesn't exceed 600 pixels. Some ad sites resize uploaded pics on the fly, but many places don't. For sites like eros I like to stay closer to 400 pixels wide max.

Also, be aware that many "free" hosting sites are thick with advertising and try to trap anyone that visits the site into joining or buying their services. Some of the most popular are photobucket, sickpic, flickr and webshots.

It's only tricky because sites are different and your needs might be different, so one answer does not fit all. But, if in doubl:

600 pixels wide (this rules display size)
100 kb file size (or less)

This will work almost all the time.
