Whether GFE or not, 30 minutes is typically less relaxed. It's the expectation of both parties that you're going to get down to business and get your business done. And one pop only.

IMO... 30 minutes is just fine if you really need to bust one and are looking to get serviced. 30 minutes is not enough time for the guy to give as well as receive. Also not enough time to get the 'romantic,' 'intimate' atmosphere and feeling of the complete GFE experience. That is to say, for me, it is much more difficult to forget it's a service if I'm only with a companion for 30 minutes.

I'm am new to the hobby.  What is the difference when a provider posts she offers 30 minutes and 1 hour sessions?  Are they both full service?

Both are FS if the girl is a FS provider but 30 minutes are one pop only; 60 my be more if the escort offers that.  Many escorts offer both 30 and 60 minute rates but the girls with the lower rates are usually non GFE and will only offer one pop regardless of the length of the session. Many GFE providers do not offer 30 minute sessions.  These are not hard and fast rules of course; different girls handle things differently.

I usually go for the 30 with a new provider just to find out what she's like and if I would ever return. I also do this since I assume 30 minutes is a single pop. Often the 60 minute session is only 1 pop and you're often out the door in 30 minutes to 40 minutes anyway. If I see somebody for 30 minutes I ask if she allows 2 pops in the hour. Good providers will at least give you the full 60 minutes and use up the time with some extra snuggling, a massage, or perhaps at least an attempt at the 2nd pop.

I used to book 30 minute appts, but stopped doing it several years ago.  I like the extra time to talk and snuggle etc.  That just my preference.   I was finding the 30 minute appts to be unsatisfying.

1/2 hour appt's are more of a wham bam thank u mam"  
hour appt's are a lil more fun for those of us that enjoy taking our time......
