I was reading the post lower on the page about Mistys situation with the POSER-- who wrote fake reviews to obtain free membership..
-- I also had a similiar situation that happened, only the gent didnt fake a review he actually gave me a very nice review and then at the end said a very derogatory ,defaming ,untrue statement about me .
 I followed the correct rules and emailed a problem report to staff about this and never ever heard anything back .
 Dont get me wrong ..it wasnt that I didnt like the review or the scores --I did
-It wasnt that I wanted the review removed -- It was that at the end of the review he very intentionally said a very defaming and derogatory LIE about me -
  SOO here lies the  BIG Question???--
     What are our providers rights on this board regarding situations like this ??
 I believe that the gentleman have a right to do honest and true fact based reviews
   --However I dont belive that they should have the right to Lie or Defame us in any way!!!

Your best bet is to contact staff or GND and fully explain the issues.  They can either remove the review(s) and/ ban the poster.

In your case if you were flamed without cause, I beleive most of the hobbyist including myself with step up and cover your 6 on that one.

Thanks MDl... I did contact staff and told them about the defamatory statement.  Dissapointingly I never heard anything back .. I believe that Misty contacted them also .
I believe  that  TER and its review system are great..and that most gents use it honestly and correctly..!!!  --  
 However I dont think that any guy should be allowed to LIE or purposely defame a provider for their own personal gain.

Staff must be out of town or something.  He's usually really good about getting back.  

Did you send an email to [email protected]?

He's really nice, just seems gone right now.

He can delist the review and have the reviewer remove his remarks and/or probably take the comments out himself.

damned right...talk to the Ladies & they have quite a different recollection of some of the dates many times but it's only fictional anyway. lol Honestly, Tuz & Misty are well respected Ladies & I don't think they'd comment without good reason(s). Hopefully staff will resolve these concerns & for us guys perhaps we need to be a little more honest in our reviews, generous in our praise & a lot less hurtful. Just my .02

Unfortunately you're going to have these types of hobbyists who need to massage their own egos by denegrading a provider with lies. This could be for some "shortcoming" in their personal life or other issue. Whatever!

I'd like to see these types of hobbyists listed on the discussion board or not allowed to post if they are caught posting false reviews. One time is too many.

You, for one, should not worry about legitimate hobbyists believing this sort of crap as you are consistently reviewed as one of the best. This includes Misty, Little Sue, and others as well.

Tell him that if he doesn't withdraw the lie you will submit him to the back channel black list.
