Ladies, you have all recently submitted ad posts that were not approved.

All local or visiting ladies and agencies are welcome and encouraged to post ads on the Michigan discussion board, provided those ad posts meet the TER Ad Posting Guidelines (see link below).

Some of the reasons your ad posts were not approved:
1.  it violated the 'one ad post per 7 day period' guideline
2.  it did not contain a valid link

You are only allowed one ad post per 7 day period.  Update posts may be added to the original ad post thread, but you may not start another ad post thread until 7 days has elasped from your last ad post.

Your ad post must contain one of the following valid links:

1.  your TER profile/reviews.
2.  your ad on an escort mall (like Eros or Cityvibe).  Links to your ad on a web site that also contains reviews are not allowed.
3.  your personal/business web site.  Linked personal/business web sites must contain the TER logo or banner on either the first or second page of the site.

I recommend linking to your TER profile, which usually contains a link to your web site.  You may also include a valid link in all of your normal non-ad day-to-day discussion posts -- it's like free advertising!

Thank you for your letter reiterating the rules for us five ladies but, in all fairness and honesty, I think that it would have been right and courteous if you could have posted this ad without naming names.  Whether your post was to be vindictive, to make examples of us ladies or simply without the realization, you could have made your point without going to that extent; after all, I do participate monetarily to this board and a simple personal message and/or email would have been enough.  This is my first time, to my knowledge, that I accidentally posted twice in one week and I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.

Lastly, I do not speak for the other four ladies mentioned in this post; this response is solely concerning me.

I dont think Clarissa smiles has any links but I do know her, shes been trying to get a guy to review her she is new and only done a few appts so far.....I'll tell her about this asap....She does have pics...

The notice post above was made specifically to the ladies that were listed as a courtesy reminder.

It was neither vindictive nor meant to make an example of any of the ladies, but simply to inform them that their posts had not been approved and why -- so the problems could be corrected, and they could get an ad post up on the board.

Simply generically posting the ad post guidelines is not sufficient.  They are readily available and have been posted many times -- yet non-compliant ad posts still appear on a regular basis.  Posting attention notices has proven to be an effective means of communicating to ladies posting ads.

Addressing issues via PM or email is not an feasible option, since I have no knowledge of who is VIP (and therefore has PM capability), I do not have email addresses for all ladies, and I do not have time to search and individually respond to every person who posts an invalid ad on every board that I moderate.

Fairness, honesty, right, and courteous - yes, I do believe that all four are applicable to the way it was handled.  I am sorry if you do not agree.

Regarding your monetary arrangement with TER, that has absolutely nothing to do with your board posting privileges.  And since you brought it up -- no, it is not the first time you have posted more than one ad in a seven day period.

I hope this clears up any questions or confusion you may have had pertaining to this issue.

Your posting frequency is fine, that was not the issue.  The TER logo on your web page does not link to TER.  Please have it corrected and you're good to go!
