I have heard from a lot of guys, girls and waiters that times are slow, money is harder to come by for the girls, and the prettier girls are heading towards richer waters. Girls make less money, girls get less incentive, girls go away, less guys show up, cycle continues.

Can anyone confirm?

Maybe the gas prices are pinching everyone a little.  Something else that might be contributing is the  police searching all the gringos at every opportunity.  I have been searched three times in the last two monthes.  This might be spooking some guys.  WHere are the richer waters?  The girls aren't going to find anything better than being next to San Diego/LA.  We have one of the highest income pools in the world.   What i have learned from TJ is that everything goes in waves.  You can be at Adelitas one minute with no prospects and ten minutes later you can't choose between ten.  Do not worry friend there will always be hot chicks in TJ.

I was there the day after the border shooting.  Just me and 5 girls at CC.  Of course it was in the daytime.  Didn't get to AB.  Just as many street girls out as always.  A month ago Hong Kong and AB were the same degree of crowded, especially for daytime.

But yes, the slower clubs some of the girls are saying they get one date a week.  Which could be bullshit too, kind of like "it's my little girl's birthday today and I don't have any money for a present."  I suspect that's their version of "If I sell just one more magazine subscription I win a trip to Disneyland!"  Though I'm sure times are tough.

Even here in SD, I get the sense things are slow.

Things have been slow during night time.  During day time however, plenty of actions and good looking girls at AB.  Look for brand new 20 year old girl from Mexicali.  Her name is Migali (I think).  She's hot.

haven't been to any of the clubs, I am sooo out of touch on that aspect of tj, but have noticed a growth in the number and depth of agencies in the past year or so.

I was at AB over the holiday weekend and saw some girls doing quite well.

I have been to TJ twice in the last 6 weeks. AB has had 6-8 top shelf women each time. And then, of course, there are a bunch of others that are decent. My favorite is Lilly. She is gorgeous, but she is all business.
