I have been a regular at Las Pulgas for about 3 years now.

this is one of the easiest places to pick up real girls.
Don't show up lookin like and acting like monger. Dress to impress and throw some game around and see what happens.  
Ever since I found this place I do not mess with the putas unless they want to make it worth my time :)

Como que no is more educated and older ladies.

I have pretty much done the whole discteque scene in TJ and can asnwer ay other questions you may have

For all the regulars to tj. what bars or clubs do you go to pick up non-working girls? I've heard "las pulgas" or "Coma que no" are hot spots. anyone have experience?

The two bars you mentioned are good as well as Tangaloo, Senor Frogs and the many bars at Plaza Fiesta which is across the street from Plaza Rio.
