The is a good place to park on Coahuila, heading west just past Tropical Bar.  It is on the right, looks like an excavation area that was turned into a parking lot.  $3 for 12/24 hours.

I like to park in the lot across the street from Chicago Club.
I tip the guy a buck with the promise he and the other guys look after my car and tip the guys when I come back to leave.

I was in Rosarito last weekend and if you want to drink and scam for Gringas, Rosarito is cool, but if you're looking for chicas, there might be some, but I'd head further south to Anthony's in Ensenada

Private parking at Hotel Leyva.  Secure, covered parking for $5.00 for 24 hours.  Great security.  Leyva is next door to Chicago Club and the parking garage is just past the hotel.

Grooveze...Thanks for the tip about the parking at Leyva. Parked there last night, great spot, very secure. Attendants are in the lot 24/7. Also, if you rent a room there ($21), parking is free.
