I've lived in 4 different countries and I speak 4 languages.  Tijuana is a shit hole.  The culture is basically typical North American culture with small differences.  Compared to about 500 places in the world I can think of, Tijuana wouldn't be my choice to be.

Sure, vacation every now and then is fine, but livin is a whole different world believe me.  A lot of you American dudes come down here to live by your own decision, but you move away after about 6 months typically.  I don't blame you, myself.
