Coming to Cozumel in June, I was wondering if I can get some tips or suggestions on some providers when I arrive!?

Cozumel is an island located off the Yucatan Peninsula fairly near Cancun. Cancun is about 2800 miles away from Tijuana.  Tijuana is on Mexico’s northern border with the United States whereas Cozumel is close Belize and Mexico’s southern oceanic border with Cuba.
