Not sure if this is the best place to post this question.  Please re-direct if there is a better forum.
I will be in Puerto Vallarta in March/April.  Any suggestions on agencies or specific providers to look into?  Or any agencies that I should avoid at all cost?  Any advice on the hobby in Puerto Vallarta would be great.  First time doing this in another country, and just want to make sure I'm having the best and safest experience possible.  Thanks.
