Is HJGC fun daytime?

Did you mean HKGC, as in Hong Kong?  Then yes, you will have an amazing time, even during the day.  In fact, you may have more fun during the day because there will most likely be fewer customers.  Once I was there early afternoon on a weekday and I was literally only one of two customers in the entire club.  That was an experience...40 gorgeous women vying for my time.

Some guys will say the talent is better during the evening shit, but that's obviously subjective.  Honestly, I'd rather be there when I'm the only customer...you'll still find plenty of 8's and 9's available.  

If this will be your first trip, I highly recommend Googling TJAmigos.  They've discussed everything you could possibly want to know about the scene in TJ.

on US side of the border, walking over and taking the cab. Saves a lot of time this way.

I would also recommend not driving to La Zona Norte.  At the very least park somewhere else in TJ, like Hotel Ticuan, and walk or take a cab to HK.

It a great time you'll have a blast. I thought it was pretty safe during the day say from like 11pm to 7pm, but that's just when I was there don't know about other times. If your going to TJ hong kong is a must I feel see you your self. Have a good time

For some yes.  For others no.

I am not a fan of HK.  The girls want too much, it's noisy and it's crowded. And don't get me started on the thieving meseros.   I prefer the smaller bars--morning, noon, or night.  Give Bar Tropical (across the street)l a try if you don't want to visit a small bar.
