Attendance is very difficult for many of us with a SO at home, or jobs that require an early wake-up the next morning.
Suggest beginning times late afternoons weekdays, especially Fridays.

Many guys have much trouble getting away on weekends so weeknights are best alternative.  No matter what day is chosen, it will always pose some problems for some of us.  Earlier in the afternoon also poses problems getting away from work early also.

Just have to wait till one comes along that you can get too.

Swim

Things usually get going 45 min-1 hour after the announced start time.
Starting at 5 00 PM or so would enable an 8 or 9 PM departure, home by 10.

Starting at 7 PM means that the party usually begins
near 8 PM. Stay 2+ hours, then an hour more to get home at 11 or later. Too many associated difficulties.
