Weekly Update:

We are still evaluating locations and dates and hope to firm up both by next week. So far most people prefer June 3rd.

Interest has been great by both the Gents and Ladies so this is shaping up to be a great networking event.

There has been a lot of posts regarding the originally proposed screening procedure so I have reached out to the community and have changed it to match up with what is done by some others. See new procedure below.

TO THE GENTLEMEN: You must have a TER UserID in order to be admitted. Your TER UserID  will be correlated with the email address where your invitation was sent.

If you are not known to Amber Ashley or myself then a minimum of TWO references from providers IN GOOD STANDING with the TER community at large will be required.

Exceptions may be possible, and will be determined on a case by case basis.

TO THE LADIES: When you send in your invitation request, please include your website URL if you wish your attendance to be publicized. If you are UTR and want to stay that way, your anonymity will of course be respected.

HOT TO GET ON THE GUEST LIST: There is only one way to get on the guest list, and that is to send an email to:

A webpage will be set up where all information will be available as the event draws nearer.

That is only one of the ideas that Amber has up her sleeve for us. This is going to be a great event so send in your invite requests.

Kudos to you for listening to critics and modifying the screening requirements. But not a good idea to post the date in a public forum.

And why do newer MnG hosts feel the need to add bells and whistles, like twister or activities?  Its tough enough to pull these things off. Start adding additional variables and you are asking for trouble. Keep in mind that these ladies are in competition and some of them have beefs and there are politics involved. It's about ladies marketing themselves to guys. That's it. Its not about making a love connection or bonding and creating friendships. You should attend one of the NYC mixer's some time. They are very simple (girls guys at a bar). the key is they get attractive providers to attend. (NYC mixers used to be sausage fests with only the most desperate providers)  NYC mixers are the best I have been to in my touring of the area because of the people that attend, not the games. This is your first MnG.  show people that you can pull off a simple gathering before you go getting complicated. Show that you can get the top providers to attend. I bet that when you see how difficult a mixer is to pull off you won't want to add the complications.
