We average about one meet and greet per month in the Chicago area, and these little parties are great. It's an excellent opportunity to meet some the lovely ladies, whose sites you may have visited, or whose sites you will visit after you meet them. And one of the most interesting things about these get togethers is placing the names of the posters with their faces. I have made many new friends posting on the boards and to finally meet them in person is a real kick.

Let me just say that if any of you folks out there happen to have a meet and greet in or around your home city, please do yourself a favor and try to attend. You WILL have a great time.

Sage will be a dressed up in green this time, and sporting a bigger paddle.

I cant make the one this month, but I'm hoping I can attend in February with... well you know who...

We are both looking forward to it.... we dont get to go out in public too often.. so it's a treat for us both.

It's nice for us ladies to finally put names to faces for both hobbyists and other ladies too!

Sadly I will not be able to make the Feb or March parties.

It's supposed to be a pajama party. I'm gonna bring mine, but I'm not wearing them unless everyone else does. Hope to see you there.

As much as I would like,I dont think I can make that one.  Since it is a 'trip' for me, I'll probably only make it when my 2525 is available overnight... and she is 'out of range' at the moment.  

Unless of course perhaps someone else wants to step up and offer their time !!!!!

Question for Chicago

Are the ChiTown parties usually in the City or in the Burbs? I know the northern and N.W. burbs and just a little about the city. Very little about the Southern Burbs and of course the eastern Burbs are way too cold and wet for me all year long....LOL!!!
