Thank you so much for getting these dates out early enough for me to be able to get myself to your next to meet and greet. I always want to come to the meet and greets, but when there's only a 30 day notice it makes it difficult for me.

I got my confirmation today (woohoo!) and it mentions "with your envelope." However, there's no indication of what should be in the envelope and I haven't seen any other mention of it anywhere. What's expected?

Not sure where I read this but the organizers request is that you have the entrance fee in an envelope with your name on it. The ticket will need to be scanned and you can display it on your phone or  bring a printed copy.

Entry fee, one of the other emails mentioned it.
