I remember going to a Meet and Greet many years ago in Los Angeles.  It was fun.  We got to dress up and hand out cards.

I attended several way back when…. I was pregnant at one M&G in Las Vegas at a huge mansion it was not fun for me because my feet were super swollen. I have attended Bonds parties in LA where no one offers to buy you a drink. lol 😂  

I remember going years ago and had an appointment with someone who was attending as well. We left after having a great time and then had an even better time with each other. I'd be happy to help arrange another one. It give everyone a great opportunity to meet face to face and get a good idea of each others vibe, etc. Kinky, fetish, etc etc would be awesome!!

I remember the last Beatpoet lunch.  It was maybe February or early March 2020, just before Covid.  I remember thinking is this Covid stuff going to be a problem.  (I still have never gotten Covid!) I got to meet the amazing Andrea too!  I'd be down for a lunch meet.  I also took an amazing girl home once from one of the lunches!

I believe that with the absence of ladies on this board, it would be more difficult to try and start one that isn't going to cost somebody and arm or a leg. While I charged $40 years ago for a gents attendance at my M and G's, I don't think anything less than $100 to $150 will work.   Some ladies and gents will attend of course.  But, I don't think a great many will.  

Especially in a place like LA where there's lots of money around. When I helped organize M&Gs in Manhattan and Las Vegas years ago we always charged the guys $100 and we never lacked for attendees.
My guess is that the real challenge is finding enough guys who were interested after all this time.

My parties averaged 150 per party.  That included about 95 gents and about 50-55 ladies.  As a general rule.  But my mailing list was 750 people.

We just booked a 2 BR suite with a living room in between.

I found a bar in Santa Monica that gave me the room for free as long as my bar bill was at least 3k.  That was no problem to achieve.  Had the place to ourselves including music and security and bar.  Paid the manager $250 I believe and he acted like a DJ.  Was a great place.  Used it for years.  They loved us.

However, given the state of the current board, I think u would only get a small amount of people to a party.  In LA at least, I think a 2 bedroom suite would most likely work.

I remember a provider who organized a good party in a nice two level condo in Santa Monica above some businesses.  I think on SM BLVD!  Probably one of the first AirBNB's, it worked out well.  They key is the unit has to be one that wont have nosey neighbors. Bond's bar was great, I had amazing times at those parties.

Best venue I ever had for my parties.  So sorry, they changed the venue to something else.  I was in the process of setting another party up when I was told.  I didn't have the motiivation to look for another place.  But I do miss it.
